We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during:

  • product launches

  • promotional events

  • holidays

  • periods of high order volume

Shipping Time

Estimated U.S. delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or inaccurate shipping information.

Free Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 before taxes and after discounts.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

Lumi Aura is not responsible for:

  • orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses

  • lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • shipping carrier delays

  • refused or abandoned shipments

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the packaging

  • photos of the damaged item(s)

Each case will be reviewed individually to determine the best resolution.
