All Lumi Aura products are cosmetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS & PAYMENT

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse or cancel any order
  • limit quantities purchased
  • prevent suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

Customers agree to provide valid payment and billing information at checkout.

SECTION 4 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United States only.

Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Lumi Aura is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers
  • weather conditions
  • incorrect shipping information
  • lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • circumstances beyond our control

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the customer.

SECTION 5 — RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare and cosmetic sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • opened products
  • used products
  • change of mind
  • skin reactions or sensitivities

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • order number
  • photos of the item
  • packaging photos

Approved cases may qualify for replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if processing has not yet begun.
