RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, all sales are final.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept:

  • returns
  • exchanges
  • used/opened products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • a damaged item
  • incorrect item
  • missing item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
support@lumiaurabeauty.com

Include:

  • order number
  • photos of the issue
  • packaging photos

Claims submitted beyond 48 hours may not qualify for replacement or store credit.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • skin sensitivity or allergic reactions
  • dissatisfaction with texture/scent/preferences
  • incorrect address entered by customer
  • shipping delays caused by carriers
  • packages marked as delivered

We strongly recommend reviewing ingredient lists before purchasing.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks will be investigated thoroughly.
